BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 29, 2005--Teradyne, Inc. (NYSE:TER) will release results for the Third Quarter 2005 on Tuesday, October 18, following the close of markets, at 6:30 p.m. EDT or later.

A conference call to discuss Third Quarter 2005 results, along with management's outlook, will follow at 10:00 a.m. EDT, Wednesday, October 19.
