With access to the self-service Web-based portal, customers can download the latest software, find and read the latest release notes and user manuals, and submit technical questions to Teradyne technical experts. Logging into the eKnowledge portal gives customers access to comprehensive technical information instantly day or night, anywhere in the world.
Key components of the eKnowledge Portal include:
-- Requests for technical assistance can be submitted and monitored through the web
-- Software downloads and emergency software license keys
-- Application notes, user manuals, marketing literature, and additional documentation
-- Product alerts and breaking news
-- Subject-specific information in "Centers of Excellence," a value-added feature that captures the latest and most essential subject-specific information.
The eKnowledge Portal provides support for all Assembly Test Division software and hardware products, including Spectrum(TM) 8800 and 9000-series test systems, Z1800-series(TM) test systems, TestStation(TM) test systems, L-series(TM) test systems, Optima(TM) automated optical inspection systems, X-Station(TM) automated X-ray inspection systems, and D2B(TM), TestStudio(TM), and VICTORY(TM) software.
