Test Insight`s New WaveWizard Supports Advanced Teradyne ATE

TEL-AVIV, Israel--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 30, 2002--Test Insight Ltd. announced the release of a new version of its WaveWizard pattern conversion tool as part of its on-going partnership with Teradyne (NYSE:TER). This enhanced version of WaveWizard better links EDA generated test vectors to device test programs and supports Teradyne's complete line of semiconductor test systems, including the new Integra FLEX.
