Teradyne Reduces Test Costs with Performance on Demand-TM-

BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 11, 2002--Teradyne announced today Performance on Demand for customers with rapidly changing test needs. Using Performance on Demand, the test industry's first software based performance-enabling product, manufacturers can scale device test costs by performance-enabling their systems via the Web. Now, performance can be purchased when needed to reduce costs and increase test floor flexibility and utilization.
