In responses from customers in Taiwan, Korea, Japan, Rest of Asia, Europe, and the U.S., customers reported their greatest overall satisfaction in the Memory Test Market was with Teradyne's products and people. The overall satisfaction rating is compiled by combining customer views on factors such as: product performance, uptime, software, process support, technical leadership, and overall commitment. Other companies competing with Teradyne were Advantest, Agilent Technologies, and Ando Electric. Companies must have minimum of eight responses across a minimum of four categories to be rated.
