National Semiconductor Purchases Several INTEGRA J750 Test Systems from Teradyne

BEDFORD, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 24, 2000--Teradyne's Integra Test Division has accepted a multiple system order from National Semiconductor, the world's leading provider of analog and digital semiconductor solutions for the information age. The J750 systems are scheduled for delivery starting in Q42000 to National's facility in Malacca, Malaysia.
