American Microsystems, Inc. Signs Volume Purchase Agreement with Teradyne; AMI Purchases Several INTEGRA J750 Test Systems

BEDFORD, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 3, 2000--Teradyne announced today that American Microsystems, Inc., experts in digital and mixed-signal ASICS, selected the INTEGRA J750 test system. A system is now installed at their Pocatello, Idaho facility. Another system will ship in Q42000 to their Manila, Philippines facility.
