Doug Elder, Marketing Manager for Teradyne's Integra Test Division, said, "The J750s low cost and extraordinary productivity is ideal for Intersil's highly integrated devices. Our field and applications teams were able to develop a single site test program for Intersil that cut their test time in half, we expect even better results when they take advantage of the system's parallel test capabilities. As Intersil expands their test operations to Asia, they should feel confident in our ability to deliver strong support for the J750 from Teradyne anywhere in the world. We are pleased to add Intersil to our growing list of customers."
Tom McGrath, Senior Principal Engineer at Intersil, said, "The J750 has already reduced our test time significantly, going way beyond our expectations. Teradyne was able to deliver a test program with excellent correlation and faster test time results. The J750's integrated architecture and high parallel test capabilities will allow for cost-efficient production testing of our wireless devices. It's the right solution for our current and future product line."
