RSW Software and Fujitsu Middleware Ltd. Announce Strategic Alliance; Fujitsu Middleware Ltd. to Sell RSW`s Premier Web Application Testing Solutions to the Japanese Market

WALTHAM, Mass. and TOKYO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 10, 2000--RSW Software Inc., the Web testing technology leader and a business unit of Teradyne, Inc. (NYSE:TER), and Fujitsu Middleware Ltd. (FMW) today announced they have established a strategic partnership that will enable Fujitsu Middleware Ltd. to distribute RSW's e-business application testing solutions to the Japanese market. With this alliance RSW is poised to continue extending its global reach, and will enable organizations in the Japanese market access to the fastest and most accurate Web testing solutions.

FMW, multi-million dollar company and a premier supplier of Internet software products and system integration services, offers best-of-breed software solutions that enable leading Japanese companies to effectively support their customers and optimize business efficiency.

By distributing RSW's award-winning testing solutions, FMW will enable companies with business-to-business or business-to-consumer sites to ensure the reliability, scalability and availability of their business-critical Web applications.
