Orient Semiconductor Purchases Multiple Teradyne Systems Configured With MicroWAVE6000

BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 5, 2000--Teradyne, Inc. (NYSE: TER) announced today that Orient Semiconductor Electronics Ltd. (OSE) has purchased multiple Teradyne A567 systems with MicroWAVE6000(TM) instrumentation for testing RFIC devices. The test systems were shipped in 1Q00 to OSE in Taiwan.
