Cambridge Silicon Radio Selects Teradyne`s MicroWAVE6000 for Bluetooth IC Testing at Atlantic Technology

BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 5, 2000--Teradyne, Inc. (NYSE: TER) announced today that CSR has selected Teradyne's MicroWAVE6000(TM) instrumentation on Catalyst test systems for testing Bluetooth(TM) devices. The multiple systems were shipped in Q1 2000 to Atlantic Technology in Wales, United Kingdom.
