With the expansion of the rGuest product suite, Agilysys addresses the entire lifecycle of the guest — from recruitment to follow-up — with solutions for reservations, transactions, settlement, loyalty, promotions, business intelligence, supply and staff management. - rGuest Reserve™, an online dining reservations application that enables restaurants to increase bookings and profitability by allowing diners to reserve a table via website or mobile app. With rGuest Reserve, diners can make reservations around the clock, so the restaurant never misses a booking. Staff also spends less time on the phone and more time serving customers, increasing guest satisfaction. Powerful analytics functionality allows managers to see when the restaurant is busy and how ebb and flow affects staffing and inventory. - rGuest Pay™, a payment gateway solution for both property management and point-of-sale products that is PCI-certified for point-to-point encryption of cardholder data. Value-add offerings include a rewards engine, stored value payments, mobile payments and payment analytics. There are no volume tiers or transaction minimums; and, unlike many other payment gateway solutions, rGuest Pay is offered at a fixed annual per-terminal fee.
