Lilly Pulitzer® Opens 20^th Store in The Shops at Riverside

Lilly Pulitzer® announces additional 2013 expansion plans

KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Today, Lilly Pulitzer®, the authentic resort fashion brand owned by Oxford Industries, Inc. (NYSE:OXM), is thrilled to announce the opening of its twentieth company-owned retail store located in The Shops at Riverside in Hackensack, NJ. The 2,838 square foot store is located on the first floor near Saks Fifth Avenue, Kate Spade and Godiva.

The company’s expansion plan also includes the opening of two more company-owned retail stores in 2013:

• Early May 2013: Located in Kenwood Towne Center in Cincinnati, OH, the 2,455 square foot store will be on the second floor near Athleta, Microsoft and Lululemon.
• Late May 2013: Located in The Streets at Southpoint in Durham, NC, the 2,215 square foot store will be on the first floor near Vera Bradley, Cache and Sperry.

Each space will be hand-painted and designed by the company’s in-house print design team, and will feature the bright colors and prints Lilly customers love. All three stores will provide consumers with all of the brand’s categories: women’s, men’s and children’s collections as well as gifts and accessories including bags, shoes, jewelry, and eyewear.

In 2012, four new company-owned Lilly Pulitzer retail stores and five independently-owned Signature stores were opened. The company also expanded its offering in select major department stores.
