NEWPORT BEACH, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Newport Beach-based Clearview Hotel Capital, LLC today promoted Chief Investment Officer David Jubitz to President, effective immediately. Mr. Jubitz joined the company at its inception in 2007 as an analyst and has been instrumental in building the company from the ground up, participating in the closing of over $2 billion in hotel transactions.
