California Pharmacists Association Hires Lori Kinsey, CMP as Vice President, Center for Learning

SACRAMENTO, Calif.--()--The California Pharmacists Association (CPhA) is pleased to announce that Lori Kinsey, CMP has joined the organization to lead the CPhA education and conference division, the Center for Learning. The Center for Learning is responsible for providing multi-channel learning opportunities for pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and student pharmacists in advancing the interests of the profession and the patients they serve.

Ms. Kinsey comes to CPhA with twenty-three years of experience in developing and delivering educational programs for private and non-profit organizations. She began her career developing workshops for medical professionals designed to address cultural competencies for physicians as well as coordinating and implementing multi-day continuing medical education conferences and trade shows.

Ms. Kinsey is well-known in event and conference planning as she was most recently on staff with Meeting Possibilities, LLC, the contracted association management company for the Northern California Chapter of Meeting Professionals International (MPI), where she served as Executive Director. With nearly 800 members, MPI Northern California Chapter is the largest MPI chapter in the world. It consistently produces dynamic and original programs geared to the unique needs of the Northern California meetings industry.
