CHICAGO--()--Adtalem Global Education (NYSE: ATGE), a leading workforce solutions provider, today confirmed it is exploring strategic alternatives for its Brazil portfolio and is in discussions with interested parties, including active negotiations with YDUQS (formerly known as Estacio Participações), regarding the potential sale of Adtalem Educacional do Brasil. Entry into any transaction would be subject to material conditions, and there can be no assurance that any binding agreement will be reached.

Adtalem will have no further comment on any potential sale until a binding agreement is reached or the discussions are terminated.
