WAYNE, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Moro Corporation (NQB: MRCR), a multi-subsidiary construction products and services company, today announced improved efficiencies and synergies between two subsidiaries, Appolo Heating, Inc. and J&J Sheet Metal Works, LLC. Appolo Heating is a Schenectady, New York-based air conditioning and heating contractor while J&J Sheet Metal Works LLC is a Vestal, New York-based metal works company that fabricates and installs air distribution systems.
The two companies are teaming up, beginning in August 2019, to provide integrated services and products, as each excels in the air distribution system business. Together, the businesses will offer full-service residential and commercial air system solutions that are created by J&J Sheet Metal Works LLC.

Appolo Heating currently has 130 employees across three locations covering upstate New York and has added about 20 new employees since 2017. Gladding expects to add another 20 employees in 2019.

J&J Sheet Metal’s primary focus is on largescale duct work. In addition, the company performs custom fabrication work for metal roofing, electrical enclosures and commercial kitchens.
