Middleby Acquires Ss Brewtech

ELGIN, Ill.--()--The Middleby Corporation (NASDAQ: MIDD) today announced the acquisition of Ss Brewtech, a market leader in professional craft brewing and beverage equipment. Founded in 2013, the company has $20 million in annual revenues.

Ss Brewtech was the first to introduce professional-grade brewing equipment for the small scale craft brewing industry. Based in Santa Ana, Calif., the company will operate as an autonomous business unit within Middleby.
