MTI America Names Jeanine Zukerman Director of Clinical Innovation

POMPANO BEACH, Fla.--()--MTI America, the nation’s premier provider of ancillary healthcare solutions for workers’ compensation, announced that Jeanine Zukerman has been appointed Director of Clinical Innovation.

Zukerman brings with her two decades as a professional case manager in a variety of healthcare settings, with over 10 years at The Hartford. Most recently she worked at Orlando Health and One Call Care Management (OCCM). Her diverse experience includes hospital emergency room case management, utilization review, managed care, workers’ compensation and catastrophic case management. She offers a wealth of knowledge and various perspectives having served different stakeholders within the workers’ compensation system.

As director of clinical innovation, Zukerman is responsible for cultivating clinical oversight in all the services MTI America provides and strengthening its workers’ compensation catastrophic / complex care and home health programs. Concurrently, she directs and oversees programs to ensure payors benefit from significant cost savings as she leads the company’s team of early intervention RN’s and CRRN’s to effectively triage cat claims to expert clinicians so injured workers experience timely, appropriate and efficient healthcare.

Zukerman also serves as the 2019 President for the Case Management Society of America (CMSA) Central Florida Chapter. She is well-versed on important and trending industry topics. On Wednesday, June 12, she is scheduled to present at the CMSA Conference in Las Vegas at a session titled “Human Trafficking for Healthcare Providers.” It is an ethics session approved for CCMC, CDMS, and CRCC designations. She will speak about this and other topics at upcoming industry events as well as CEU sessions available through MTI America coming soon.
