SANTIAGO, Chile--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Parque Arauco S.A. (SSE: PARAUCO) (Bloomberg: PARAUCO:CI) (“Parque Arauco”) announces the inauguration of Parque Angamos, its first neighborhood shopping center in Chile.
Located in the southern sector of Antofagasta, Parque Angamos is a 11,000 m2 neighborhood mall with a variety of stores, including Jumbo and Casaideas, as well as a Sportlife gym and a medical center. The shopping center required a total investment of 811,000 UF (approximately US$ 34 million).
The addition of Parque Angamos rounds out Parque Arauco’s portfolio in northern Chile, which already included an Arauco Premium Outlet in Coquimbo and Arauco Express strip center in Antofagasta.
