SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Biocom, the association representing the California life science industry, today announced the endorsement of Nathan Fletcher for the San Diego County Board of Supervisors District 4 seat.

Prior to his first election to the State Assembly in 2008, Fletcher met with Biocom to discuss its legislative priorities. High on that list was enactment of a single sales factor corporate tax apportionment in California, a formula which rewards companies who invest in California by building facilities and employing Californians. Biocom and other California stakeholders had tried unsuccessfully for many years to enact such a formula. Within three months of being sworn into office, former Assemblyman Fletcher was instrumental in getting single sales factor enacted into law.
