ASRC Industrial Services Acquires Remediation Contractor Hudspeth & Associates

Colorado-based contractor augments AIS’s Remediation and Response Operating Group

CONCORD, Calif.--()--ASRC Industrial Services (“AIS”), a premier provider of industrial and environmental services throughout the Continental United States, has announced the acquisition of Hudspeth & Associates, Inc., an environmental, demolition and civil site services contractor based in Englewood, Colo. Hudspeth joins Mavo Systems as components of AIS’s Remediation and Response Services operating group.

Hudspeth, founded in 1998, performs abatement, site remediation and stabilization, demolition, dismantlement and other civil site services primarily in the Rocky Mountain region. With offices in Englewood and Rifle, Colo., the company provides service to industrial and commercial customers, as well as various government agencies. Hudspeth embraces a commitment to quality and safety earning a reputation among customers and competitors as a value-added solutions provider.
