Radius Bank Launches Rewards Program with Enhanced Benefits to Loyal Customers

Radius Bank also Increases Customer Service Availability to Seamlessly Meet Client Needs

BOSTON--()--Radius Bank, an industry-leading virtual bank focused on providing clients with banking solutions to better their financial health, today announced the unveiling of its Radius Rewards program. The new program provides enhanced benefits such as increased transaction limits and cash back opportunities to incentivize loyal personal banking clients of Radius. Rather than having to sign up for the program, clients are automatically enrolled in Radius Rewards once they meet the eligibility requirements.

Radius is also enhancing the customer experience by nearly doubling the customer support team and extending customer service hours provided through online chat. As of May 1, 2018 team members are now available for clients by phone and online chat Mondays through Fridays from 8:30am ET to 1:00am ET, and Saturdays and Sundays from 8:00am ET to 8:00pm ET. Representatives are also available via email and social media, Monday through Friday from 8:30am ET to 8:00pm ET. The extension of chat as a support channel on nights and weekends marks an additional 49 hours a week of customer service availability.

The Radius Rewards program is tiered into three levels based on criteria such as personal deposit balance and the longevity of the relationship clients have had with the Bank. At launch, this free rewards program focuses on two areas that provide incentives for using a Radius Bank personal checking or savings account more frequently.
