First Advantage Joins Ultimate Software’s UltiPro Developer Network

ATLANTA--()--First Advantage, the world’s largest background screening firm announced today that they have joined the Ultimate Software UltiPro® Developer Network (UDN). The new partnership gives First Advantage and Ultimate Software the ability to integrate their solutions to make it easier for mutual customers to exchange bi-directional data between UltiPro’s HCM solution and First Advantage’s background screening services in real time.

The UltiPro Developer Network allows partners to build an out-of-the-box integration to Ultimate Software’s UltiPro platform and provides them with information, resources and documentation to meet Ultimate Software’s standards and best practices. The UDN program is designed to give customers access to seamless, real-time integrations built in the cloud between UltiPro and an ecosystem of best-in-class partners.

With bi-directional real-time access to Direct Advantage from Ultimate Software’s UltiPro ecosystem, the integration with Direct Advantage is an end-to-end talent acquisition application that gives customers insight into their talent pipeline. Direct Advantage is a web-based screening tool that captures all the required elements organizations need to conduct candidate screenings, including pre-employment, rescreening, volunteer and contingent labor screenings.

With this integration, joint customers benefit from a unified experience across UltiPro and Direct Advantage without upfront development time or complex maintenance updates. This results in lower total cost of ownership, quicker onboarding, and easier adoption by recruiters and candidates.
