Validus Holdings, Ltd. Announces Quarterly Common Share Dividend and Quarterly Preferred Share Dividends

PEMBROKE, Bermuda--()--Validus Holdings, Ltd. (“Validus” or the “Company”) (NYSE:VR) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.38 per common share. The common share dividend is payable on March 29, 2018 to shareholders of record on March 15, 2018.

In addition, the Board of Directors has declared cash dividends on the Company’s Series A 5.875% Preferred Shares and Series B 5.800% Preferred Shares of $0.3671875 and $0.3625000 per depositary share, respectively. The Series A and Series B Preferred Share dividends are payable on March 15, 2018 to shareholders of record on March 1, 2018.
