HCB Health Associate Partner/Executive Vice President Kim Carpenter to Spearhead a New Agency Division for Provider and Consumer Services

AUSTIN, Texas--()--HCB Health, one of the nation’s leading healthcare advertising agencies, announced Kim Carpenter’s new role in leading the development of a provider and consumer services division within the agency. Her new responsibilities will be critical in driving HCB Health toward a fully integrated consumer- and patient-centric engagement model from brand to direct marketing.

Over the past 12 years, Carpenter’s impactful presence has influenced much of HCB Health’s award-winning work. In 2017, Carpenter was named one of the PharmaVOICE 100 — a list of today’s most inspiring healthcare leaders.

Previously, Carpenter managed the account services, digital and media teams across all HCB Health offices. She will now provide strategic guidance to clients who are looking for better ways to build more human relationships with their audiences, as well as build stronger, enduring brands.

“I am aiming to utilize my new focus to gather additional insights from patients, caregivers and referring physicians to better understand their motives for the benefit of our clients,” said Carpenter.
