Jabil Announces Pricing of $500 Million Aggregate Principal Amount of 3.95% Senior Notes Due 2028

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla.--()--Jabil (NYSE: JBL) today announced the pricing of its offering of $500 million aggregate principal amount of 3.95% Senior Notes due 2028 (the "Offering"). Jabil anticipates that the closing of the Offering will occur on January 17, 2018, subject to customary closing conditions. Jabil intends to use the net proceeds from the Offering for general corporate purposes, including to redeem $400.0 million aggregate principal amount of its outstanding 8.25% Senior Notes due 2018 and pay the related “make-whole” premium.
