CellTrak Releases French-Canadian Version of its Operations Team Portal

SCHAUMBURG, Ill.--()--CellTrak Technologies, the provider of the industry’s leading Care Delivery Management solution used at over 4,000 home care agency locations in the US, Canada and the UK, today announced the release of a French-Canadian version of its Operations Team Portal.

CellTrak’s Operations Team Portal enables agencies to better support caregivers and to improve care delivery services. It provides an at-a-glance dashboard to easily measure key performance indicators; real-time alerts for proactive care coordination to address late and missed visits, changes in client condition, and staff safety; the Alert Management Console, which monitors alerts to streamline workflows; and maps to show real-time location of staff. This software improves care coordination and field force management, ultimately optimizing care delivery outcomes.

Qualicode Software carried out a successful Early Adopter ROI Program with eight non-profit home care service providers to demonstrate the value of CellTrak’s Care Delivery Management solution in French and English for care providers in the field and office staff. The CellTrak solution is seamlessly integrated with the Qualicode QT schedule solution and provincial Reseau SAD referral network. Now funder compliance using GPS enables service providers to verify schedules and service plan completion.
