Hawaii Professional and Vocational License Application Status Available Online

HONOLULU--()--The Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs (DCCA), Professional and Vocational Licensing (PVL) Division is pleased to announce a new Application Status Search feature now available online at PVL Search (pvl.ehawaii.gov/pvlsearch).

The new feature enables new applicants or existing licensees to search for their own application status. Whether it is a new license application or license renewal, statuses are available 24/7 online in real-time.

“This is one of the most requested features for our customers,” said PVL Licensing Administrator, Celia Suzuki. “Instead of calling us, individuals can now monitor the status of their application online in real-time.”

PVL Search is a licensee search service that allows the public to validate professional licensees’ licensing information. It was created through a partnership with PVL and the state’s Internet portal manager, Hawaii Information Consortium, LLC. The service is one of many online services for citizens and businesses offered through the state’s official website, eHawaii.gov (www.ehawaii.gov).
