RIVERWOODS, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Madison Engel, from Gum Spring, Virginia, and a junior at James Madison University, was named the winner of the College Tuition Scholarship from Discover Student Loans. The 2017 scholarship award will help Madison cover up to $20,000 for college tuition.
