Zoho Announces Agreement with Spiceworks to Provide Free Cloud-based, On-Demand Remote Support for IT Professionals

AUSTIN, Texas & PLEASANTON, Calif.--()--Zoho today announced it has entered into an agreement with Spiceworks to provide Zoho Assist, its free, online remote support application, to the millions of IT professionals who use Spiceworks to do their jobs.

Powered by Zoho Assist, Spiceworks Remote Support complements a collection of free tools and experiences provided by Spiceworks to help IT professionals connect with their peers, learn new skills and technologies, find and buy the solutions that are right for them, and manage their IT environment. The cloud-based tool enables IT professionals to remotely connect to end user workstations without a limit on the number of users or sessions. Using an encrypted internet connection, IT professionals can securely access workstations and troubleshoot IT issues without reconfiguring their VPN or firewall.
