An industry-recognized expert in the Agile community, Seckel has led the transformation and modernization of federal IT during his tenure as a Division Chief within DHS USCIS. He understands first-hand the organizational dynamics, cultural impediments, and enterprise strategies to effectively implement Agile and DevSecOps across IT portfolios.

He holds a Masters of Business Administration in Technology Innovation Management from Pacific Lutheran University, is an ICAgile Certified Agile Coach, and is a highly sought-after speaker in the Agile community.
