NANTES, France--()--MyScript, a pioneering market leader in accurate, high-performance handwriting recognition and interactive digital ink technology, today announces it has worked with Google to optimize MyScript’s note-taking app, Nebo, for the new stylus which accompanies Pixelbook, Google Pixelbook Pen. Now available for Chrome OS on the Google Play store, Nebo is the first award-winning application of its kind that combines the benefits of handwriting with the power, speed and efficiency of digital computing.

“By combining MyScript’s Nebo and Interactive Ink with Google Pixelbook Pen, people can easily take handwritten notes and create digital documents. This completely transforms the way people will interact with their tablets,” said Paddy Padmanabhan, chief executive officer at MyScript. “With Nebo, productivity is dramatically advanced by combining the flexibility of pen input with the power of digital processing, making handwritten digital document creation intuitive.”

“Nebo note-taking is interactive and it recognizes the intent behind the ink strokes a user makes. It enables ease-of-use previously not possible with traditional digital handwriting,” said Denis Manceau, vice president product management at MyScript. “Nebo users can easily edit and manipulate handwritten notes, write complex mathematical equations, draw diagrams, sketch pictures and instantly convert to digital form for easy sharing and storing.”
