WashingtonFirst Bankshares, Inc. Declares 16th Consecutive Quarterly Cash Dividend

RESTON, Va.--()--WashingtonFirst Bankshares, Inc. (the "Company") (NASDAQ: WFBI) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of seven cents ($0.07) per share of its common stock, par value $0.01 per share, payable on October 2, 2017, to stockholders of record at the close of business on September 11, 2017. The dividend payout will be approximately $915,000 on 13 million shares of voting and non-voting common stock. This represents the Company’s 16th consecutive quarterly cash dividend. While the Company expects to continue to declare and pay quarterly cash dividends in the future, any such dividend would be at the discretion of the Board of Directors of the Company and would be subject to applicable federal and state regulatory limitations.
