PER® Presents 2017 NY CERC Multidisciplinary Cardio-Endo-Renal Collaborative

The meeting focuses on the theme of ‘Novel Approaches to Integrated Cardiometabolic Disease Management'

CRANBURY, N.J.--()--On September 23, 2017, Physicians’ Education Resource®, LLC (PER®) will host the 2017 New York Cardio-Endo-Renal Collaborative (NY CERC) meeting at the Westin Times Square in New York City. The conference will be co-chaired by James Underberg, M.D., president-elect of the National Lipid Association, clinical assistant professor of medicine, New York University School of Medicine, NYU Center for the Prevention of Cardiovascular Disease, New York City; Davida F. Kruger, MSN, APN-BC, BC-ADM, certified nurse practitioner, Division of Endocrinology, Diabetes, Bone and Mineral Disease, Henry Ford Health System, Detroit; Silvio E. Inzucchi, M.D., professor of medicine; clinical director, Section of Endocrinology; medical director, Yale Diabetes Center; director, Endocrinology & Metabolism Fellowship; director, Yale Affiliated Hospitals Program, New Haven, Connecticut.

This educational event will highlight some of the most pressing issues faced by endocrinologists, cardiologists, internists, specialty nurse practitioners and physician assistants who focus on metabolic and cardiovascular disease. Cardiometabolic health care professionals will also have the opportunity to exchange ideas while networking with their peers and learn about emerging treatments on cardiovascular disease prevention, dyslipidemia, diabetes, obesity management and hypertension. The meeting will feature engaging panel discussions, which provide an opportunity for the attendees to learn about state-of-the-art care and to earn up to 8 CME credits.
