Starwood Waypoint Homes Cancels Second Quarter 2017 Earnings Conference Call; Hosts Conference Call with Invitation Homes Inc. to Discuss Merger Announcement

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.--()--Starwood Waypoint Homes (NYSE:SFR) (“SFR” or the “Company”), a leading single-family rental real estate investment trust (“REIT”), today announced that, as a result of its definitive agreement to combine in a stock-for-stock merger-of-equals transaction with Invitation Homes Inc. (NYSE:INVH), SFR is cancelling its second quarter 2017 earnings conference call and webcast that was previously scheduled for Thursday, August 10, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time.
