Instem Introduces New SENDTrial™ Software for Trial Design Domain Creation

SENDTrial Software Solution Reduces Trial Design Domain Creation Time for Clients by Up to 80%

CONSHOHOCKEN, Pa.--()--Instem, a leading provider of IT solutions to the global early development healthcare market, announced today it has released a new software solution enabling organizations to more easily create SEND Trial Design domains.

Trial Design domains are some of the most difficult SEND domains to generate and until now, organizations have been forced to rely on a significant amount of manual work. Instem’s new SENDTrial solution now enables clients to reduce that domain creation time by up to 80%, offering an entirely new approach to what was previously a time-consuming and error prone activity.

“As the leading provider of SEND software and outsourcing services, it is important that we continue to be innovative in our approach of helping clients more easily comply with SEND while creating real gains in efficiencies,” comments Gary Mitchell, VP Global Marketing at Instem.

SENDTrial is a Web-based solution that enables organizations of all sizes to more easily create Trial Design domains and can be used alongside Instem’s submit™ software or as a completely independent product.

Instem has introduced a 5-step process for its clients to begin seeing immediate value from its SENDTrial solution:

  1. Clients sign up for a subscription to SENDTrial and set up their user details and security information
  2. Users complete Instem’s FastStart training module
  3. Using the written protocol document at their side, users simply fill in the Study Questionnaire
  4. SENDTrial generates the SEND domains and the Trial Design diagram
  5. Users then include the XPT files in their study, and embed the Trial Design diagram in their nonclinical SDRG

“We listened carefully to our clients and the Instem personnel that are providing SEND outsourcing services, and that has allowed us to again introduce a first-to-market solution that is practical, easy to use and helps our industry to submit with confidence,” states Marc Ellison, Instem SEND Product Manager.

SENDTrial can also import existing SEND datasets produced by any other system and will then auto- generate the Trial Design Diagram for nSDRG, make corrections and will add missing Trial Design details, as needed.

SENDTrial is offered through a cost-effective subscription plan that includes an unlimited number of users.
