The FBI IAA Welcomes Director Wray

WASHINGTON--()--The FBI Intelligence Analysts Association (FBI IAA) welcomes Christopher Wray as the new Director of the FBI. The FBI IAA looks forward to meeting with Director Wray and discussing the future of the intelligence analysis profession and the Intelligence Analyst workforce in the FBI. The FBI IAA continues to advocate for creating an Intelligence Career Service (ICS), expanding the level and scope of leadership positions for intelligence personnel, and strengthening collaboration among all FBI job roles in the intelligence program. The FBI IAA also strongly promotes developing new, proactive ways to address the FBI’s threat priorities through independent, objective intelligence analysis that drives decision-making at all levels within the FBI. The FBI IAA believes Director Wray will be a strong advocate for the FBI's intelligence program, and will prioritize the transformation of the FBI into an intelligence-driven organization.
