Gryphon Releases Platform Update Delivering Unprecedented Visibility to Sales Activity

The Latest Version of the Award-Winning Sales Performance Dashboard Arms Managers with Real-Time Tools to Improve Phone-Based Effectiveness of Sales Teams

New features and enhancements to its award-winning dashboard provide sales leaders with the tools they need to create an effective call strategy among their teams and manage to a proven standard of performance.

The Gryphon SPD is a component of the Gryphon Sales Intelligence System™. This advanced telephony platform provides sales leaders with a real-time “window” into their sales reps’ phone-based effectiveness, including call recordings. The data is 100% accurate and relevant to managers’ unique business goals and trackable KPIs that are proven to get results. Unlike traditional wireline or cloud-based phone systems, the Sales Intelligence System supports making and receiving calls from any device (smartphones, office phones, CRM, PC and dial-in) with no new hardware, IT resources or complex network adjustments.

New features in version 2.1 include a Current Calls Tab which provides visibility to who is on the telephone in real-time. A new Inbound vs. Outbound widget allows users to view the volume of inbound versus outbound calls made and a new reporting feature allows managers to view all outcomes of their team’s calls.

More than a dozen enhancements were made to Gryphon Sales Performance Dashboard. Among those, they include:

• Leaderboard: Back by popular demand! The Leaderboard presents a top 10 ranked high performers at an agent, team, office or region level right from your front page.

• Updated Heatmaps: Displays the ratio of effectiveness by day and by hour including Call Attempts Contact Attempts and Priority Key Attempts.

• Multiple Priority Key Support: Up to five key performance indicators known as “Priority Keys” are now supported in the dashboard. Priority Keys are included in goal calculations to maximize the ability to manage performance against the KPIs that matter.
