NEWARK, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Lime Energy Co., a leading national provider of energy efficiency products and services to utilities and their commercial customers, announced today that it has appointed Philip Luccarelli as Chief Operating Officer.
With over 25 years of management and operations experience, Mr. Luccarelli will oversee all Lime Energy’s operations, which include regional operations across the United States. He will manage the implementation of the company’s national utility solutions business as well as the expansion of its energy efficiency products and services into new market sectors across the country. In addition to partnering to drive Lime Energy’s strategic growth initiatives, Mr. Luccarelli will also build efficiencies in the company’s project implementation and supply chain management.
Mr. Luccarelli joins Lime Energy from Altice USA where he served as VP of Field Service Operations and was directly responsible for service delivery operations for 4.6 million customers spanning across twenty states. Under his leadership, the company reduced operating costs and workplace accidents while improving service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Prior to Altice, Mr. Luccarelli served as Senior Vice President of HomeServe USA, where he managed operations for all home warranty and repair services, including the oversight of 3,000 technicians. Mr. Luccarelli’s experience also includes director and senior management positions at ADT Security Systems and GPU First Energy.
