AEC360 Merges with C4CRM to Create Microsoft Dynamics Vertical Industry Powerhouse “360 Vertical Solutions”

ATLANTA--()--The recent acquisition and merger of technology firm C4CRM with Atlanta based AEC360 has created a new powerhouse vertical industry company for Microsoft Dynamics known as 360 Vertical Solutions that incorporates the strength of both organizations and leverages the legacy relationship the two companies share.

Whit McIsaac, CEO of 360 Vertical Solutions (“360VS”), described the merger as classic win-win. “Our organizations both realized the potential we could harness by coming together—it was a perfect fit that immediately started paying off for our customers,” he explained. “C4CRM brings solid law office clients, a world class software development team, legal consulting depth along with some very cool and innovative technology. Together we have development resources, breadth and band width, legal credibility—and of course the relationship we’ve long shared as Microsoft partners.”

C4CRM principal and founder Joe Stuckey’s career includes a long stint with c360 and CRM4Legal from 2009 to 2013, helping to develop some of the company’s proprietary CRM platforms, including technology that lead to development of Sync360 and other breakthrough relationship-mapping and intelligence-gathering tools.

McIsaac and his business partner Dave Hutchinson founded AEC360 as a CRM technology firm focused on the architecture, engineering and construction (AEC) industries. Their unique technological and organizational business model revolved around the Microsoft Dynamics platform and emphasized vertical industry expertise. As 360VS evolved to set its sights on the legal industry, Stuckey’s experience, reputation and insights were invaluable to the launch of law firm-focused solution Legal360.

“Joe was part of our core knowledge team in the early days—we were paralleling Microsoft’s concentration on vertical industry solutions and relationship intelligence functionality. Joe was the pioneer in the area of relationship intelligence and architected data harvesting solutions based on Outlook that integrated perfectly with Microsoft Dynamics suite of products,” said McIsaac. After leaving c360, Stuckey’s company enjoyed incredible success and paralleled the path of AEC360. As Microsoft developed enhanced solutions focused on CRM and “intelligent relationships”, both companies jointly developed technologies that were grounded in Microsoft and worked across the entire MS Dynamics platform.

360VS’ acquisition and merger strategy is playing perfectly with the launch of MS Dynamics 365, a scalable solution integrating CRM and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications across sales, service, operations, financials, marketing and project service automation to give users instant access to the entire gamut of business relationship intelligence.
