LONDON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Salsano Group announced today that one of its companies, Pacora Corp ( ISIN XS1615677447 ) was listed on the Cayman Stock Exchange and will seek additional listing on Euronext later this year.
Counterparties were Bank of New York Mellon as custodian bank, Intertrust as trustee and Pwc as auditors. Legal advisors were Eversheds and Linklaters.
