The company sought to replace its on-premise CRM solution with a cloud-based option that could be more independently managed and would provide better usability while being more cost effective.

“Quint saw big cost savings by decommissioning legacy solutions and avoiding the need to hire more employees. By following this strategy, the company saved over €20K annually in licensing costs alone. Since implementing bpm’online, the company has increased employee productivity as the number of sales qualified leads has increased by 300 percent as they’ve also doubled their number of deal closings,” said Moira Smalley, analyst at Nucleus Research.
