PulsePoint’s Culture Recognized by Business Intelligence for Second Year in a Row

NEW YORK--()--The Business Intelligence Group today announced that it has awarded PulsePoint a Best Places to Work in their annual business award contest. The organization sought to identify companies that are actively working to improve their own performance through efforts to challenge employees in environments that makes work fun and engaging.

“We have worked very hard to cultivate a vibrant culture at PulsePoint. We want all of our team members to take pride in the work they do, and be excited to come to work every day,” said Sloan Gaon, CEO at PulsePoint. “PulsePoint’s recognition in this award category for two years in a row is a true testament to our company’s core values.”

Researchers, including Gallup, have determined that employee satisfaction and engagement are key indicators for employee productivity and customer satisfaction, which ultimately results in improved profitability and growth.

“Congratulations to PulsePoint for building an organization focused on employee satisfaction and performance,” said Maria Jimenez, chief nominations officer of the Business Intelligence Group. “It is clear through the employee surveys that this is a special company, one where executives and management focus on making work more than…just work!”

Nominations for the Best Places to Work award were submitted to the Business Intelligence Group in May. Current PulsePoint employees were then asked to rate the company online for various measures of satisfaction.

“I want to congratulate the entire PulsePoint team,” Gaon continued. “Together, we continue to create a positive work environment by establishing a shared sense of purpose through transparent communication…and by having fun.”
