PROVO, Utah--()--Vivint Smart Home, the leading smart home services provider in North America, today announced that its comprehensive voice-controlled smart home system now works with Echo Show, Amazon’s new voice-enabled touchscreen device.

By simply asking Alexa, you can view live video feeds from indoor, outdoor and doorbell cameras, and control other Vivint smart home products, including smart locks, lights, garage doors, and smart thermostats. For example, simply saying “Alexa, show my doorbell camera,” will display the live camera feed from your front door on the Echo Show’s screen.

“We continue to expand our relationship with Amazon to enhance and simplify the smart home,” said Jeremy Warren, chief technology officer at Vivint Smart Home. “By enabling consumers to use their voice to access high-quality, live video and audio from their cameras, we’re giving them another convenient way to keep track of what’s happening in and around their homes.”

In addition to controlling your Vivint smart home with the Amazon Echo or Echo Show, you can also use the Vivint SkyControl™ panel or Vivint Smart Home app. You can connect Echo Show to a Vivint smart home in three easy steps via the Amazon Alexa app.
