Snowden Lane Partners Recognized as a Financial Times 300 Top RIA for Third Consecutive Year

NEW YORK--()--Snowden Lane Partners, an independent, advisor-owned, wealth advisory firm dedicated to providing client-focused advice in a values-driven culture, today announced it has been named to the Financial Times (FT) 300 Top Registered Investment Advisers list for the third straight year. The ranking recognizes the top independent RIA firms in the U.S.

With nine offices in California, New York, Connecticut, Maryland, Texas and Pennsylvania, Snowden Lane has a growing national footprint and oversees more than $3.3 billion in client assets across individual, high-net-worth, ultra-high-net-worth and institutional segments.

“Being included in this ranking again for a third time among such elite industry peers is something we are very proud of and view as a true honor,” said Rob Mooney, Snowden Lane’s Managing Partner and CEO. “Since our founding, we’ve strived to provide a uniquely client-focused experience and we’re fortunate to work with some of the best advisors in the business to make that a reality.”

This is the fourth annual FT 300 list to be produced by the Financial Times Ltd. in collaboration with Ignites Research, a subsidiary of the FT that provides business intelligence on the investment management industry. The average FT 300 firm has been in existence for 24 years and manage $2.7 billion in assets. The 300 list includes top RIAs spanning 37 states and Washington, D.C.

The FT invited more than 1,500 pre-screened RIA firms to apply for consideration, based on assets under management (AUM). Applicants that applied were graded on six criteria: AUM, AUM growth rate, years in existence, advanced industry credentials of the firm’s advisors, online accessibility and compliance records. Neither the RIA firms nor their employees pay a fee to the FT in exchange for inclusion in the FT 300.
