NEW YORK--()--Bold New York, a boutique full-service real estate consulting and brokerage firm, has appointed industry veteran Dennis Colwell as Executive Vice President, Director of Sales. Colwell joins Bold New York as the firm’s latest high-profile hire. In this role, Dennis will expand Bold New York’s robust sales portfolio while implementing an expanded set of best practices setting up the entire sales team for success. In his new role, Dennis will work directly with Jordan Sachs, Co-Founder and President of Bold New York, who made the announcement today.

Before joining Bold New York, Dennis spent over twelve years at Corcoran, where he was consistently ranked in the top 2% of NRT sales producers nationwide. Following his tenure at Corcoran, Colwell moved over to Citi Habitats, rising to the position of Senior Managing Director at the firm’s West Village Office. Having grown up in a family of custom home-builders, Dennis has a unique eye for floorplans and is a natural at determining what it takes to convert a perspective buyer, into a homeowner.
