NORTHGLENN, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Niman Ranch, a national leader in sustainable agriculture and humane livestock practices, today unveiled a new promotion with the Hyatt Hotels Corporation to kick off the peak summer months in “farm to table” style. The announcement came on the first day of summer as families across the country are packing their suitcases for extended vacations.

The Hyatt menu is contemporary with a rustic feel to align with a summer farm to table theme. The menu offers three of Niman Ranch’s most popular proteins: The 16 oz Pork Tomahawk Chop, 16 oz Rib Eye Steak and a ¾ Rack of St. Louis Ribs. The summer grilling promotion will run through Labor Day weekend.
