BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Press Ganey today announced that Dr. Atul Gawande, one of the industry’s foremost voices on transforming health care and an acclaimed author, will deliver a keynote address at its 2017 National Client Conference, Journey to Excellence, Nov. 1-3 in Orlando, Florida. The annual education and networking event draws more than 3,000 health care professionals from across the continuum of care to share best practices and explore strategies for reducing patient suffering and improving the overall safety, quality and experience of care.
