(“Myomo” or the “Company”), a commercial stage medical robotics company, today announced that following the close of its initial public offering, its common shares will begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) MKT sometime after 9:30 AM EDT, under the symbol "MYO.” Myomo is the first Regulation A+ issuer to list its securities on a national exchange.
The Company plans to use the net proceeds of the offering with resources to continue to invest in the MyoPro® product line, as well as increase sales and marketing efforts to grow its business domestically and internationally.
